Conophytum ectypum, Umdaus

Bottom line i`ve got the opened flowers of this tricky plant! Conophytum ectypum stringed me about two or three days. I`ve been gone to work in the morning it standed with closed flowers. I were back from work and saw the same situation. But the Saturday broke this order :)
Very beautiful and big flowers! I pollinated it with a hope to get seeds from this beauty.

Also i`ve got the picture with conophytum guard :) Someone with striped back, fly or so sits in front of the plant like a cono owner :)

Stomatium niveum became stronger

Stomatium niveum has bloomed with a new power. The Lithopses bloom in the early evening, Conophytums bloom during the all day with Fritia, but Stomatium opens its flowers in the late, late evening as Neohenricia. Its white flowers with a strong scent are very well visible even in the dark of the night :)

L. werneri and bromfieldii update

Yes, yes, yes :) Even a smallest head of L. bromfieldii v. insularis will bloom. The bud became real not an illusion :)

L.werneri C-188 became to bloom also :)

Werneri C-188 clan

This is my L. werneri C-188. They were the first lithopses in my collection. And were small alone plants. But today they look like a community - like a clan :)
I dream to replant all litopses into a big pot all together but it will occur in the next season.

L. bromfieldii v. insularis blooms

After all C-43 decided to bloom. It seems that smallest one also showed the bud... But who knows... :)

Anacampseros crinita flower

My Anacampseros crinita N.W. Kliprand shows first flower. Interesting plant that grows like several small hills and has much fluff. I need to say that its flower is twice bigger then a flower of Anacampseros karasmontana for example. It also has no scent.

Big one

And my unnamed lithops also begun to raise the buds. Both two heads decided to bloom :)

Buds, buds!

Another two lithops plants showed the buds. One is L.schwantesii kuibisensis C-150, and another is L. bromfieldii v.insularis C-43. C-43 bloomed in the last season and gave seeds that i will try to grow into beautiful plants but C-150 was young and will try to bloom for the first time :)

Another meyeri blooms

So and another Conofitum meyeri "ovigerum" opened the flower. It is third plant in my conofitum flowering list for this season.

Crassula picturata blooms

This plant standed very bad in summer hot. Only after two or three weeks it leaved from stagnation and was able to open the flowers. Now it was placed on the house window.

Different news

The time goes forward and different things changes. My Epithelantha micromeris pushed into the foreground its red berry after early summer blooming :) I will wait the harvesting time :)

Also new friends came to my collection - two Conophytum globosum, three Lithops C-72 pseudotruncatella v. dendritica and three Lithops C-362 bromfieldii var. insularis cv. 'Sulphurea' .

Stomatium niveum different pictures

I like this plant :) It`s snow-white flowers, scent, teeth on the leeves, white dots that colored it`s leeves... :) Everething!

And one special bw picture.

Flower opened on another C-383

Bottom line another Lithops gracilidelineata opened the flower. I pollinated both so i have a hope to receive seeds from these beauties :)

Titanopsis calcarea

These are two from five Titanopsis calcarea big clusters. I like Titanopsis plant and i have a lot of them in my collection. It is like a magic i don`t know what`s exactly good in these plants for me but i like it so so much! Shape of  leaves, color, flowers or all these things together in Titanopsis give me a feelings of beauty and  perfection of it.
Plants on the pictures have slightly greenish tone. They were transplanted two weeks ago and were placed on the house window.

Stomatium niveum

Stomatium in my collection became larger. It was small plant with a few leaves. But now each plant devided into two and decided to bloom. The flowers are very tiny and gracefull with strong scent similar that cinnamon has.

Wide-opened

Uhh... Where is the lithops??? It is somewhere under the flower :)
A C-383 stretched petals too long. The second one waits something probably it will bloom tomorrow.

Neohenricia new record

Neohenricia opened fourth flower! We can see interesting color changing of it`s flowers from young to old and from greenish to strong purple. Also an appreciable scent spreads from all four flowers. Lovely scent :)

My elder Fritia blooms

Hurrah! My elder Fritia opens the flowers with all power! It was happen at 10 AM. Big purple with yellow flowers without scent! I tried to pollinate it. Too much pollen is in the flowers :)

Three beauties

After a short period of meditations Neohenricia decided to bloom with a new power. It is incredibly!
This is small naked plant but can present a lot of joy and good mood :)

Gracilidelineata opened the flower

It was usual morning, C-383s were with buds without any signs of blooming. Today were a long working day. I came home at 6 PM and cannot even imagine that things were going so quickly. I wended to see my collection and got such enjoyable present :) C-383 opened the flower at full size! Beautiful yellow flower with strong tasty scent! I was very very happy!

C-383s with buds

C-383 gracilidelineata v. brandbergensis also decided to bloom. One lithops showed a bud and wants to open the flower and today another one began to form the bud :)
